Good afternoon team!  OK, it is with great excitement that I send this email to you.  This means it's time to get our meets started!  So, our league is using a new software program to run many of our team needs this year.  We are going to go ahead and try to use it for our meet RSVP process as well.  Please show some grace as we work out our kinks.  

What I have done for now, is manually enter everyone according to our signups as either "attending" or "not attending" if you filled that out.  PLEASE go to our website (www.swsr.swimtopia.com) and DOUBLE CHECK that your child is correct!  Please don't just not respond to this.  While we appreciate many of you either emailing us, or telling us on the pool deck, or via text if your swimmer is/isn't able to make it, we need you to check on our website.  If you know they're not attending, please mark that.  If there is a mistake, please change it!  IF it needs to be changed, please EDIT immediately.  This RSVP process will be open until Saturday morning.  We are working through a lot of changes this summer.  We are LOVING working with your swimmers and want to be able to devote as much time and energy as possible into this.  So we are trying to streamline our processes.  Please help us with this!  If your swimmer is not marked "attending" they will NOT be entered into any events for the meet.

If you have never set up your account through our swimtopia site, you need to do that first.  Please click "log in" and go through process to set up new account by clicking "forgot log in".  They will email you through the account you used at registration to reset/use new password.  This is very simple and will only take a few minutes.  Please do this right away so if you have any trouble it doesn't delay your child being entered into the meet!

Side note-Thanks all for understanding about the cancellation of practice this morning! We do say we practice in all weather so this was very unusual!  However, when thunder strikes at 11:10, and we know it's been going all morning and have to wait another 30 minutes, we don't really want parents having to bring their little rays to practice for the last 10-15 minutes, only IF weather doesn't continue.
