Swim Suits, Goggles and Caps
SWIM SUIT REQUIREMENTS
Girls must wear a one piece competition style suit and boys need to wear either a brief or jammer style suit. Any shirts, shorts, board shorts type suits will not be allowed. They add extra weight and drag, making it difficult to keep up during practice.

RECOMMENDED GOGGLES AND GOGGLE STRAPS
Speedo Vanquishers 2.0 - They come in both child and adult sizes. These can be found online at Amazon or other online stores or locally at Swim and Tri.
Bungee cord straps for swim goggles - We highly recommend replacing the goggle plastic straps with a bungee cord strap. Bungee Cord Straps are easy for swimmers to loosen and tighten themselves, saving time and frustration for the kids, parents and coaches. They are incredibly comfortable and stay in place. SWIM CAPS
All Swimmers with hair long enough to touch the goggles on the face, will need to wear a cap for both practice and meets. This will help minimize distractions and weight and drag. We can help swimmers put these on, especially at the beginning, but as we move through the season, especially the older ones, they'll begin to figure it out and become quicker and more independent. Please just send your swimmer with long hair in to practice with a ponytail or bun, and we can take it from there.
For Practice: At practice swimmers can wear any cap they like.
For Meets: All swimmers wearing a cap need to wear an SWSR cap, this can be latex or silicone from any season. Everyone receives a free SWSR cap with registration.
