2025 SWSR Practice Schedule
Monday-Friday (exception - meet days and the day following a swim meet is a Fun Day, see notes below)
9-10's: 7:10-7:20 drylands
7:20-8:10 pool time
8 & U: 8:00-8:10 drylands
8:10-8:55 pool time
11-12's: 8:45-8:55 drylands
8:55-9:45 pool time
15 & Up: 9:35-9:45 drylands
9:45-10:45 pool time
13 &14: 10:35-10:45 drylands
10:45-11:50 pool time then clean up
**This is our current 2025 plan. Once our season begins, there may be SLIGHT/MINIMAL adjustments if needed to better serve various age groups and our team as a whole. Thank you for understanding in advance**
MEET DAYS: Because we want our swimmers to have plenty of energy to be able to race that night, Meet Day practices will usually run a little short. Please plan to pick your swimmers up 5-10 min earlier than their regular scheduled end time.
FUN FRIDAYS:
10:00 – 11:20: Ages 10 and Under
11:00 – 11:55: Ages 11 and Up
