    SMI Details

    Families, We have our official warm up times for SMI this weekend!  Both days, Sat (11& ups) and Sun (10 & Unders), we have the 7:50 warmup shift.  SMI can be a bit overwhelming, especially to the new families.  We are asking that swimmers arrive to the pool by 7:15, so that they can be in the team tent by 7:20.  This will give the swimmers a few minutes to get settled, get themselves prepared, and ready to stretch out before we begin warmups.

    PLEASE be sure your swimmer(s) pack plenty of water, fruit, good carbs, snacks, etc.  It will be a long, hot day and we want each swimmer doing their very best and need them all to be completely healthy, well hydrated, and fed!  Bring card games, books, music, etc that would be fun ways to pass the time!  Bring sleeping bags, blankets, or extra towels to make yourselves comfortable.
