Good morning families!  What a great day we had yesterday.  I believe EVERY swimmer dropped time in almost every event.  Exciting day with exciting finishes.  I know that most of you know how this works, but I want to briefly explain how the finals work.  If a swimmers finishes in the top 16 from prelims, they will swim finals on Sunday.  If they are 17th or 18th, they also come back as an alternate, and will swim in the event that a swimmer from the top 16 can't swim for any reason.  I have looked around online at the GKAISA site and don't see the standings from yesterday.  I have emailed the president and will forward you any info I find out.  In the meantime, I am going to list all of our 11 & Up swimmers who are returning to finals on Sunday....

Nathan Armour, Lake Bailey, River Bailey, Ellie Boertje, William Brown, Dallas, Kent, Saige Carbaugh, Eddie Ceausu, Sydney Cusick, Anna, Mia Ford, Kendal Goodman, Evind Granroth, Emily Hayes, Grace LaCharite, Chase Lahr, Connor Langford, Elliot Mandl, Wrenna Morris, Rachel Nash, Parker Records, Abigial Rump, Stacy Story, Brooke, Pierce Vaught, Jackson Vineyard, Franklin Von Hagen, Nate Von Hagen, Sarah Walker.  

30 out of 36 swimmers!  And the few who didn't were very close and we'll look forward to that next year!!

So, great job everyone!  Please make sure your swimmers rest today and drink plenty of water and come back to race tomorrow!  If you have any questions about the above info, please text us today.  Will be hard to answer email on the deck all day.
