Currently, we have 17 NEW families that will be joining the STINGRAY NATION this year. We are grateful these families will be swimming with the RAYS this summer.

Any Family and Swimmers that have not been able to register so far for the 2019 swim team please come and register at the 5/20/19 drylands practice.

Swimmer 2019 TEAM T-shirts will be handed out at the 6/6/19 RED/BLACK swim meet. Please NOTE!!!! this year we will only be ordering T-shirts for the Swimmers and ANY T-Shirts PRE-ORDERED / PRE-PAID. This means if any parents want T-shirts we must know prior to 5/24/19 when the T-shirt order will be placed. .

Any new or veteran families wanting to know why we do what we do, please come Monday night 5/20/19 after drylands to hear the SWSR Coaches and Chet Carbaugh explain the team structure and expectations.

WHO are LITTLE RAYS - ALL swimmers 10 and UNDER that have NEVER swam with the Sugarwood Stingrays Swim Team MUST come to the scheduled NEW SWIMMER EVALUATION time on Friday 5/24/19 at 10:00 am. All other swimmers come to swimmer age practice schedule times that starts on TUESDAY 5/28/19. Coach Jodi and Coach Jacob will be sending out an email specifically about this upcoming weeks practice, so be on the lookout for this email.

TEAM and Individual picture day will be on 6/6/19 prior to the RED/BLACK swim meet, please note to make a special effort to make this swim meet and be in the team picture. Also you can fill out your order online at https://preorder.groupphotographers.com/?wo=950919. Doing this will speed up the process on picture day.

THE SEASON HAS STARTED!!!!!

The first dryland practice is Monday 5/20/19 from 5PM to 6PM at the pool. Coach Jodi and Coach Jacob asks all TEAM members participating to bring (running shoes,shorts, shirt, towel and water bottle).

For the next Two and a Half months we will be running on High RAYoctane. So be ready... As always save the TEAM website to your favorites it is a great location to keep up on TEAM notices. Chet Carbaugh will be emailing you regarding general TEAM information and Coach Jodi or Coach Jacob will be emailing you about TEAM SWIMMER information. SWSR Meet Directors will be emailing you about swim meet parent volunteer positions. If the Website or emails do not have you informed enough than call any of us. Please consider going on the team website and sinking the SWSR calendar with your calendar. Directions can be found in the calendar section of the website.

ADULT relay at red/black swim meet - we have 3 adults signed up to swim a 50 at the red/black meet. Could use about 5 more….its a lot of fun and all the swimmer look forward to watching the coaches, the senior age swimmers and the parent compete in the RAY pool for fun.
