Good evening families!!! What a great weekend we are wrapping up at the SMI meet!!! Lots of fast swims, best times, and medals! What a great and exciting weekend with many of you! Thank you families for being faithful to our team and sticking it out through the minor weather issues :)

A few things to plan...

1) Monday (tomorrow!) we are cancelling both the 9-10 and 8&under practice times!!! We will begin at 9 am, with 11-14 and then regular 15&up, and our final Little Ray practice!

2) Tuesday is our meet against Concord Hills. All practices will be done a few minutes early and our 15&up will be done between 11 and 11:15. NO Little Rays!

3) Please go online ASAP and rsvp for Concord Hills.  Please also go ahead and check the 2 individual events your swimmers would like to swim! 

 IF there are any last minute changes on Tuesday, please do NOT email the coaches! You need to text one/both of us so we can see if there is anything we can do  there is too much going on last minute the day of a meet that we don’t often see our emails until too late.

PLEASE be sure you mark your swimmers FULL name on their back shoulder and age group! We need to help our workers help them, and this is incredibly helpful.

4) We are turning in all city entries TOMORROW. Please go online and into the City meet under scheduled meets and pick the 2 individual events your swimmer would like! We may talk to them if we think they can place higher in a different event, but we do want to hear from them!  Coaches will pick relays. We will also send out our list of entries, so please be on the lookout for this!

5) Wednesday is Fun Wed (Fri) schedule! The Fun Friday crew has something fun planned, a surprise that even the coaches aren’t aware of! It’s our last one, so be sure to make it!! 

6)After our Fun Wed  on (7/17), all remaining practices are for City swimmers ONLY! So this is our last dual meet against Concord Hills, last Fun Wed!
