Please share the following with your teams: Heat Sheets Heat Sheets will be for sale at the ticket window at a cost of $10 each (cash only). Radio We will be broadcasting City Meet announcements on 88.1 FM. Be sure that your team has a radio in your tent. Minor Athlete Protection Policy The Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Program (MAAPP) went into effect June 23. UT’s Allan Jones Aquatic Center enforces this policy. At all times during City Meet, the UT team locker rooms will be used for athletes, coaches, workers and officials ages 18-up. The visiting locker rooms will be used for athletes under 18 years of age. There will be signs posted during the meet to direct people. If you have swimmers who need to change into technical suits, your swimmers are permitted to use the appropriate locker room. They should enter through the Worker Entrance near Clerk of Course and show their suit for entry. Diving Well The diving well at Allan Jones Aquatic Center will be CLOSED TOMORROW. We have been requested to advise teams that absolutely no one will be allowed in the diving well on these dates (including the winning teams following the awards presentation). With the Junior National Diving Championships beginning on Sunday, the staff will immediately begin preparing for them as soon as our last event is concluded. Please make your staffs, swimmers and parents aware and ask them to be respectful of the staff and facility as they prepare for this exciting event. Warm-Up Schedule The REVISED warm-up schedule is attached. Please check times and lane numbers for changes based on the number of summers returning. If your team is in red font, your warm-up time has changed.
