Good morning team!  

I am so excited to tell you that we officially will get to have our swim team this year!  Last night, the HOA officially voted to approve our team.  We are so excited and grateful that they see the value in our team, so thank you to Chet for fighting for us, and the rest of the Sugarwood HOA! 

I don't have a lot of details yet, but here is some info to be aware of...

Be looking for an email from Chet with more official registration info.  He plans to email everyone with the registration info and new waivers you will need to sign.  Your preregistration got you a spot on our team, but you MUST complete the forms Chet sends.

We plan to start MONDAY, JUNE 1!!!  So be looking for another email from me with an official schedule and important practice guidelines. Our season will run through July 24th.  I am also aware that many of you will take vacations this summer.  When I send my next email with details, I'll discuss that a bit as well.

Right now, I'd also like to ask for some volunteers for Mon-Wed of next week.  I'd like 4 parents from each practice, 2 parents of girls, and 2 parents of boys.  We don't know all the specifics of what will be required but I want to line up my parent help so we can communicate and be clear on what we need.  Please respond to this email if you can help in your child's practices those days.  We will need help every day with some monitoring and cleaning to keep our swimmers and families safe.
