Good afternoon all!  This is just a quick note to let you all know it's almost time to plan for SMI-Smoky Mountain Invitational.  There will be lots more specific details coming soon, but for now, I wanted you to be able to mark your calendars!  This is a very fun meet, and SWSR always swims very fast and well there.  It's a 2 day meet in Alcoa, at the Springbrook pool, where 11 & Up ages groups swim Saturday, and 10 & Under groups swim Sunday.  We will need to have a fast turnaround once we get registration and fee info to you, so I  at least wanted you to get the dates on your calendar and be talking about it.  This is a championship meet, outside, and it's for the non-year round swimmers, so our swimmers typically get to experience a very fast meet, and we still place very high.  There is a podium there, and many of our swimmers who place in the top 3 get awarded medals on the podium stand.  It's exciting and we'd love to have as many swimmers there as possible!  So, mark your calendar and stay tuned.  In the meantime, I'm including a link for you to look through if you're curious...
