Hello Stingrays!

We have another big meet this tomorrow and we are looking forward to seeing each of you there! Here is the schedule for the week:

Monday - Practice as normal

Tuesday - Practice as normal (may get done a little early);  

KRC meet:

4:30 Parent/Swimmer Check-in

5:00 Stingray warm ups

5:30 Meet starts

Wednesday - Fun Wednesday 10-11:15 10 & under; 11-12:00 11 & up

Thursday - Practice as normal

Friday - Practice as normal

This pool is approximately 30 minutes away. Be sure to plan accordingly.

If you have declared that your child is attending the meet, please come to the meet and stay until the end. It is very difficult, sometimes impossible, to adjust relays for other children if your child cannot attend.

The Smoky Mountain Invitational (SMI) meet is July 10 for 11 years old and up, July 11 for 10 years old and under in Alcoa, TN. There is still time to register your child! This is a large meet with hundreds of children in the region competing. It is always high energy and lots of fun!

Please return the registration and payment by Wednesday, June 23. Online registration here: https://forms.gle/Jj7LBD1rBKTovAhU8 , a paper copy registration form is attached if you prefer that option. You do not need to complete both.

You can give your form and payment to Michelle Bell at practice or drop it off in my mailbox on your way to practice. 12111 Butternut Circle. We accept check and Venmo (@Sugarwood_Rays). Please DO NOT give these forms or payment to the coaches. We want them to be able to focus on running practice well and maintain safety in the water.
