Ray-Nation you are looking strong out there! We will see you tomorrow night at the NFC meet at our very own Sugarwood Pool. Meet days are my favorite.

The home side of the pool is where we usually sit during practices, near the trees. The visiting team will set up chairs and tents on the side nearest the basketball court. 

Thursday Timeline:

3:45 set up crew arrives

4:20 parking attendants in place

4:30 parent/swimmer check in

5:00 SWSR warmups

5:30 NFC warmups

5:45 worker training meeting

5:55 National anthem and prayer

6:00 Meet starts

Friday:

10-11:20 ages 10&under

11-11:55 ages 11&up

Concessions available Thursday:

Brisket Tacos (3) - $11
