Guess what’s upon us…City Meet Registration! And we would LOVE to see each of you there! 

Registration due date: Friday, July 1st end of day. (This is best case scenario. We understand this is a quick turnaround. If you have questions, please let us know ASAP. We would love to have a final list by Tuesday July 5th)

Events: If you prefer to choose individual events for your swimmer, please email coach Jodi your preferences. Otherwise, coaches will place swimmers in the best events for each athlete. If you have any questions regarding this, please communicate with a coach. 

When: 

10 and unders, Thursday, July 21 

11 and ups, Friday, July 22 

Finalists (top 18) in all age groups, Saturday July 23 

Where: University of Tennessee Allan Jones Intercollegiate Aquatic Center 

City Meet Need to Know:

• NO Personal tents are allowed. SWSR will have a large team tent to utilize.
• NO outside food or drink is allowed inside the Allan Jones Aquatic Center. You may bring food items but keep them in the tent area.
• ONLY CLEAR BAGS are allowed inside Allan Jones Aquatic Center. No swim bags, camera bags, coolers, purses, etc are allowed inside. Again, you can keep those outside in the tent area. This is a university policy.
• Do bring chairs, blankets, coolers, water, games, sharpies.
• The SWSR theme for City Meet this year is USA Olympics.

There will be more information to come regarding parking, team worker positions, t-shirts, times, etc. If you are NOT SWIMMING in City Meet, the last day of Practice will be Fun Friday on July 15th. City Meet participants will continue training July 18-20. We will see EVERYONE for the End-of-Year Party Sunday July 24th at McFee Park. Swimmers who are already registered:
