Hello RAY-Nation! You all were awesome at the 4th of July parade! Thank you to the Evan's family for lending their boat. That float was my favorite of the day!

Thursday: Meet day! Practice as usual (will be done a little early)

3:30 Set up crew arrives

4:15 Parking attendants in place

4:30 Parent/Swimmer check-in

5:00 SWSR warm ups

5:30 SAC warm ups

5:45 Worker training meeting

5:55 National Anthem and prayer

6:00 Meet starts 

After the meet the team will head to 35 North!

Friday: Fun Friday schedule 10:00 & under; 11:00 11 & up
