Stingray Nation let me hear you come alive for the best swim team in the 865! I am proud of our athletes for their dedication and hard work this season. Two championship meets and one home meet left. Let's finish the season strong like Stingrays do!

This week:

Monday - practice

Tuesday - NO practice, PARADE! Happy 4th!

Wednesday - practice

Thursday - practice

Friday - practice (no Fun Friday; City registration due)

Saturday & Sunday - SMI

Monday after SMI - only practice for 11 & up, no 10 & unders

See Gerand’s email from 6/25 for more information on participating in the Farragut 4th of July parade. We could use a couple more coolers filled with water for this event. Have your child bring a water gun if possible! We would love to have you join us!

SMI is this coming weekend. Our team has been given worker assignments for the meet and we will be pre-assigning parents to fill those positions. More information on that will be communicated soon. Amy and Natalie work hard to juggle these positions for our team and your cooperation and participation is needed. If we have a worker no-show, our team is docked 50 points from our team total. Let’s avoid this!

Our final meet of the season is the City Championship Meet at UT July 20-22. We would love to see your athlete there! The deadline to register for this meet is this Friday, July 7.

City Meet Need to Know:

10 & Under preliminaries: Thursday July 20, warm ups 1:00pm, meet starts 3:00

11 & Up preliminaries: Friday July 21, warm ups 7:00am, meet starts 9:00

Finals (top 16 + 2 alternates each event): Saturday July 22, warm ups 7:00am, meet starts 9:00

Register by Friday July 7, two step process:
