Congratulations on another fun, fast week of summer swim! We are rolling into the heart of our season and ready to shine!

Last call for Smoky Mountain Invitational entries! One of the perks the winner of SMI gets to do is go down the water slide as a team after the meet! We would really love to bring home another Championship to SWSR and we need your participation to do it! It's all hands on deck and we need the Ray-Nation to come out strong July 26-27 at the Springbrook Pool in Alcoa. GKAISA is offering a City Meet t-shirt again this year. T-shirts need to be pre-ordered by July 2 and will be distributed by our team at the meet. If you would like to order one, please do so here: https://swsr.swimtopia.com/shop

Please remember to pick up all trash around you after practice and meets, encourage children to do the same. We need all of us to work together to keep the Sugarwood grounds free of litter.
