I hope your week is off to a great start. I'm reaching out about an area of help we need for this upcoming season. As many of you know, for the past several years, our concessions have been outstanding. Not only was the food delicious, but the families that lead over those areas were wonderful. This year the Yoakum and Morris kids are pursuing other summer activities. They are dear friends and Stingrays for life. They will be missed! 

This leaves a vacancy in the areas of concessions that I am asking for help with. 

Have you been waiting for your chance to be the next Grillmaster? Do you enjoy getting to the meet early to set up concessions and complete your worker shift? This may be the opportunity for you. 

We are looking for ideally two lead people to fill the functions of concessions. One person would be the "hot food" lead and the other the "cold food" lead. Tasks would include: 

-creating a list and shopping for supplies during the week

-transporting goods to the meet

-setting up cold food station (tables, coolers, candy, chips, electronic payment)

-grilling burgers and hotdogs prior to meet on site (store in chafing pans)

-setting up hot food station (tent, tables, condiments, food prep area, pizza)
