Stingray Families attending SMI

Attached is a map of the pool setup and were the SWSR tent will be. Utilize this so that when you park you can find the SWSR tent. The stingray banner will be hanging proudly at the team tent location, which will be another way of finding the team. Springbook pool is in Maryville basically across from the Airport.

Saturday is all day for 11 and ups
Sunday is all day for 10 and unders

Our Traditional SMI theme is "MEXICAN FIESTA". Wear your sombrero's, poncho's, colorful beads, and your MOUSTACHE'S. The tent will be decorated for the theme and we will need pictures of all our HEAT WINNERS with the ribbon and RAYsombrero. RAY fun guaranteed in the SWSR tent.

Always error on the side of being early. Even though the meet is all day that does not mean it goes slow. They move a lot of swimmers through the water pretty quickly so it would be unfortunate if you miss one of your swimmers event because you thought they had a High event number. Do NOT pay attention to event numbers because they are over two days of events. Day 2 (Sunday)starts with event 53 for the 8 and under IM as an example.

What to bring (parents)...chair(s), blanket, cooler, drinks, food, sun tan lotion, SHARPIE, and patience with a smile.

What to bring (swimmers)... racing suit, googles, swim cap, (2) towels, t-shirt, shorts, sweatshirt, backpack, games, theme stuff, and RAYSPEED.

Attached is our team workers assignments for the both days, I will post the attached in the SWSR tent. The team worker positions have INCREASED from last year. I will explain further each day of SMI. Thanks go out to the SWSR specialty workers that signed up. SMI has already thanked me and I in turn thank you for volunteering.

Lastly be on the lookout for an email from COACH ALLISON that will explain more things about SMI and warm-up times. Warm-up time for SWSR both days is 7:50am.
