If your swimmer is wanting to attend City Meet this year 7/28, 7/29 and 7/30 I have attached the form for you to fill out.  Coaches requested an extension of the SWSR deadline to help any family considering to participate.  Please return the form/fee to coach allison before NOON on friday 7/14.
