(Pool set up workers need arrive by 3 pm and Parking attendants need to arrive at 4 pm)

Hi Parents!
I am Mary Helen Story and I am the Meet Director for THURSDAY night's meet. I have attached the Parent Worker Sign-up Sheet - PLEASE REVIEW and look for your assignment for each Shift.
Many of you already signed up to work Thursday night's meet during registration. Please remember if you have a swimmer swimming in the meet, one parent needs to be available to work the meet. We can not run a meet without all hands on deck. No job is too difficult and there are plenty of seasoned parents available to train you. Please note that we have changed how we are handling concessions, so those positions have been reassigned. If your name is listed as an alternate at the bottom YOU NEED AN ASSIGNMENT because you have a child swimming.
If your child is swimming, but you are not assigned a job, please email me right away with your preference.
Reminder: Please direct all worker assignment questions to the Meet Director (not to Chet).
