The Farragut 4th of July Parade is this TUESDAY and the SUGARWOOD STINGRAYS will be in it!!  Don’t miss the fun!  We have a super-cool Spider Truck courtesy of Rice GMC for the 13 and ups to ride in and an awesome Speed boat courtesy of American Boat Center for the 12 and unders to ride in.  Anyone who is over the age of  9 is welcome to walk, ride scooter or bikes (with helmet) along- side the vehicles if they prefer.  

We need a few PARENTS to walk along-side to chaperone and help with filling the squirt guns.    

Where to go:

Please meet at FHS parking lot promptly by 8:30 am at entry slot #47.  The gates to the parking lot close at 8:45 and you will NOT Be able to drop off or park after that time.  Keep in mind that there are 90 entries in the parade, so there will be many people trying to drop-off and park at the same time.  Give plenty of time to get there before the Gates close (approx. 30min wait time for drop-off, so plan to get there at 8:00).    

We will end the parade at Ingles Parking lot.  We should be done around 10:00 am.  Please make arrangements to pick up your Swimmer(s) at that time. 

What to Wear:

2017 Stingray Team T-shirt, black shorts, sunglasses, lots of sunscreen.

What to Bring:

Squirt Gun, Water Bottle, Snack, bike helmet if applicable

What to do if it is Raining:

Just like the SWSR Swim Meet assume the Parade is happening.  If there is a cancelation an email will be sent out to the team.  No email means we are Parading.
