To everyone that participated in the JCSC swim meet: You did an amazing job! I was extremely impressed with everyone's performance on Thursday. We had so many great races and personal record times! The final score of the meet was Sugarwood- 387 JCSC- 322. Our first  league win of the season!! Woohoo!!

This week we will be training and preparing for smokey mountain meet. Swimmers that are attending this meet: feel free to discuss your choice of events with me or with Coach James during practice. This way we can talk about the specific things that need to be worked on and ways to improve before SMI. Don't forget the registration deadline has been extended so turn in your paperwork!!
