Hi Parents!
Many work assignments have changed and names have been added. Please review and let me know if you see issues.
Many of you signed up to work Tuesday night's meet during registration. Please remember if you have a swimmer swimming in the meet, one parent needs to be available to work the meet. We can not run a meet without all hands on deck. No job is too difficult and there are plenty of seasoned parents available to train you. Please note that we have changed how we are handling concessions, so those positions have been reassigned. The assignments are attached. If your name is listed on the bottom without a job assignment, please let me know what job interests you. If you are not assigned, but your child is swimming, I need to hear from you!
If you are listed, but your child isn't swimming, please email me right away. ([email protected])
If your child is swimming, but you are not assigned a job, please email me right away with your preference.
Reminder: Please direct all worker assignment questions to the Meet Director (not to Chet).
A reminder about Parent Assignments:
Attached will be a list of the job signups for that meet.
1. Find your name on the sign-up spreadsheet.
2. If your NAME IS ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS NOT SWIMMING the meet, please email the meet director asap to let her know so she can replace you.
3. If your NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS SWIMMING, please email the meet director asap so you can be placed on an alternate list.
4. If you want to work an additional shift to fill an open job - God bless you and email the meet director.
5. Show up on time for your job shift - the meet director's email will tell you when 1st and 2nd shifts should arrive.
Workers need to arrive & sign in with the Meet Director (small table with a tent) by 5:30 pm.
For some meets, a few of you may notice that your worker position has changed. This may happen occasionally so that we can move people around to fill all the positions. Please let the meet director know if the change is not going to work for you.
