Hello stingrays!

It's the start of a very busy and exciting week for the stingray nation! I appreciate everyone's cooperation and communication regarding our  two upcoming swim meets... it  really helps make my job easier!                 

Just a reminder that little rays WILL be allowed to swim at the Red and Black meet. I will enter all attending little rays in the 25 freestyle. This is the only opportunity they will have to swim in a swim meet (unless they "graduate" to age group practices before the end of the summer) so I encourage all my little rays to give it a shot. Coaches will be there to encourage and cheer them on behind the blocks, so nothing to be afraid of worried about!

Here are the new and improved NOT ATTENDING lists for this weeks meet. Please review and double check my list just to make sure! The more mistakes we can avoid, the more time everyone has to focus on swimming hard and having fun. If you aren't attending one or both of the meets this week and you still haven't sent me an email to let me know, please do so ASAP!!!
