Sugarwood Stingrays

The Sugarwood Stingrays Inc. organization will be holding its annual meeting Wednesday December 12, 2016 at 8:00 PM at the Carbaugh Residence in Sugarwood (12401 butternut circle).  At the meeting the organization will nominate 3 candidates for open board of director positions, review the financial status of the organization, and discuss any other business brought up during the annual meeting.   You as family members of the 2016 Sugarwood Stingrays are welcome to participate in this annual meeting.  The annual meeting is required by the organizations by-laws and this email is your notification of the annual meeting.
