SWSR - EOY party - itinerary & help needed

Hard to believe the 2016 proud member of the stingray nation season has almost come to an end. However, there is one more opportunity to charge those RAY batteries to last 9 months for the start of the 2017 season. Lots to celebrate this Thursday evening. There is still time to participate, please reply to the EMAIL sent on Sunday as to how many will be attending from your family. I have already received many replys and the party is shaping up nicely, but still want everyone possible that can be there to participate.

HELP NEEDED for EOY Party

My party director (Bobbi) is out of town until Thursday so I am going to try and fill in the gap to help make everything that is needed at the party gets to the party. See below list to see what you could assist in doing at the party

Check-in (one person) - checks in attending families, assigns cost, gives trivia sheets to anyone wanting to complete the trivia sheet
Cashier (one person) - receives family cost and monitors the coaches gift envelopes.
Trivia Checkers (two people) - these individual will grade the trivia sheets that are turned in.
PIZZA food order(one person) - Montgomery (chet will give total for order to be placed by 3pm)
WATER (one person) - pick up THREE coolers at carbaugh residence fill them and have at party by 5:30pm.
LEMONADE (one person) - pick up THREE coolers & lemonade at carbaugh residence make and have at party by 5:30pm.
ICE (one person) - pick up White cooler at Carbaugh house fill with Ice and have at party by 5:30pm.
DESSERT (one person) - Angie Brown (thanks Costco)
FOOD Sorter (one person) - as food arrives sorts food between the four food tables as equally as possible.
DECORATOR (two people) - brings table place settings and use SWSR stuff to decorate pavilon. needs to be able to be at pavilion by 3:30 pm to start decorating.
4x8 portable table (FOUR needed) - used to place food
Slide show equipment - Barrett / Langford / Rector
