SWSR - city meet parent volunteers needed
Sugarwood Stingrays - City Meet Parents
Each year GKAISA assigns TEAM worker positions at City Meet. This year is no different other than we have been blessed to have one Job this year for BOTH Friday and Saturday. SWSR is required to provide TWO workers per SHIFT to time/scribe LANE 4 of the BOYS pool. GKAISA hands out wrist bands for each Shift Worker at the beginning of each Shift. So unlike SMI were I rotate everyone out every 15-20 minutes, GKAISA regulates what I can and can not do more stringently. EACH Day will have 3 Shifts as follows
- SHIFT 1 - 9am - 11am
- SHIFT 2 - 11am - 1pm
- SHIFT 3 - 1pm - 3pm
In past years I have assigned families to different shifts, however this year I am asking 6 families (boy swimmers) to volunteer to work. The sooner you reply to this email the more likely you will get your preferred shift. If by Wednesday this week I do not have 6 volunteers I will draw names out of a hat and assign the shifts by luck of the draw.
Below is the list of family names that have a BOY swimmer attending City Meet. There are some families that will be at City Meet BOTH days so I have placed your names in the Saturday list since our numbers are less on saturday.
- Friday is 11 and up swimmers
- Saturday is 10 and under swimmers
Please Reply and Volunteer for a shift at City Meet
