Dear Stingrays,

I am excited to announce that this Friday morning we are offering a starts and turns clinic with myself and returning Stingray coaching MVP Will Trusler! The clinic will provide in-depth, individualized start/turn work designed to complement what we cover in practice.

The cost is $10 per swimmer. We are offering two sessions, and each session is limited to 12 swimmers, so please email me quickly if you would like to reserve your spot! Coach Will and I appreciate everyone willing to go along with our last-minute idea!

Session 1 (10 & Unders): 8:15-9:00 AM
Session 2 (11 & Ups): 9:05-9:50 AM
