    The following is information provided to us by Concord Hills. Please abide by their parking rules, etc.

    POOL ADDRESS AND WARM-UP TIME

    10731 Farragut Hills Blvd.

    Visiting team takes the water & workers’ meeting at 5:00 p.m.

    Meet starts at 5:30

    PARKING AND VISITING TEAM AREA

    Our parking lot is small and is reserved for those with handicap credentials and CHRA members who have agreed to double parking. If you park in the lot, you will likely be blocked in and unable to leave until well after the meet.

    All others are directed to park on only ONE side of Farragut Hills Boulevard and nearby streets. “No Parking” signs will be posted in certain areas along the roadways. (PLEASE OBEY THESE SIGNS to help us enforce fire ordinance.)  We will have an attended drop-off area at the parking lot entrance for swimmers and supplies.

    Visiting team area is at the west end of the pool in the grassy area as well as the grassy area next to the tennis courts outside of the fence.

    Bring chairs, blanket or tarp and a flashlight; it can be dark walking back to your car.  Alcoholic beverages and smoking are not allowed in the pool area during GKAISA meets.

    Concessions

    Several food and beverage items will be available for purchase at the meet. Coaches receive half price on all concession items!!!

    Hamburgers & Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Bagged Chips, Soft Drinks and Bottled Water, Gatorade, Cookies & Brownies, Assorted Candy

     

     

    ATTACHED PLEASE FIND THE VOLUNTEER ASSIGMENTS FOR THE CONCORD HILLS MEET

    EVERY FAMILY IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A PARENT WORKING AT LEAST ONE SHIFT AT EACH MEET IF YOU HAVE A SWIMMER.  THANK YOU, PARENTS, FOR MAKING EVERY MEET HAPPEN!

    I have ATTACHED the WorkerAssignments in EXCEL. If you do not see your name on the list and you have swimmer, please reply email to me asap.  Please direct all worker assignment questions to ME - the Meet Director (not to Chet).

    Any family with a swimmer at the meet MUST work at least one shift. More shifts are optional but appreciated.

    1.  Find your name on the sign-up spreadsheet.

    2.  If your NAME IS ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS NOT SWIMMING the meet, please email the meet director asap to let her know so she can replace you.

    3.  If your NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS SWIMMING, please email the meet director asap so you can be placed in a job.

    4.  If you want to work an additional shift to fill an open job - God bless you and email the meet director.

    5.  Show up on time for your job shift - 2nd shifts starts at Event 36.

    (Sign In immediately with the Meet Director upon arrival - it really helps the meets start on time.

    For some meets, a few of you may notice that your worker position has changed.  This happens occasionally so that we can move people around to fill all the positions.  Please let the meet director know if the change is not going to work for you.

    The Job Descriptions for each position are in the packet you received when you signed up.  Don't worry if you don't know what to do at first.  It's easy to catch on and many veterans around you will help you!!  And this is a practice meet.

    And ... your swimmer child appreciates YOU making these meets possible!

    ANYONE WHO HAS KRISPY KREME CERTIFICATES THAT THEY NEED TO PICK UP CAN DO SO AT CHECK IN ON THURSDAY
