We will meet at the Sugarwood tent again in the morning at 7:45 AM and it is critical that all 62 swimmers are present and ready to swim fast! Alternates, please prepare tonight and in the morning as if you will be swimming. We DID have an alternate relay swim last year on Sunday.

We hope the 11 & up swimmers had a restful day in preparation of tomorrow's finals. It is vital that everyone take it easy tonight and get a good night's rest. After tomorrow, you can go as crazy as you want!

Whether you are swimming one event tomorrow or four, we want to end this season with a bang and leave it ALL in the pool. The atmosphere will be electric and we want to have our Sugarwood Spirit in full effect.

We haven't talked about shaving much this summer, but for those 11 & up swimmers, particularly the boys, who have never shaved their legs/chest before, you have our full endorsement! You will feel the huge difference it makes as soon as you dive in for warm-ups in the morning!

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to send us an email.

We couldn't be prouder of this team!

    Coach Will
