We are just a week away from the Sugarwood Stingray 2015 EOY Party.

Please let me know TODAY if you are coming.   Just Reply to this email and change the Subject Line to read like this:

End of Year Party(EOY) -  Carbaugh 10

 

When:  5:30 pm- 9pm

Where:  Mcfee Park in Farragut

Who:  All Stingray swimmers and their families

Why:  To celebrate the 2015 Stingray Swim Season

 

Cost:  $2 for ages 9 and up

             $1 for ages 3 to 8

             Under 3 are free

 

$10 max per family.  You will check in at 5:30 and will pay for your family then.

 

What to bring:  Cash and a LARGE side dish for potluck (pizza, cake, and drinks will be provided)

 

Family Last Names :  (A-I)- Fruit

                                          (J-R)- Veggies/Salad)

                                          (S-Z) – Chips/Dip/ appetizers

 

There will be an opportunity to contribute money towards the coaches’ gift at the

Time of check-in.  We will have an envelope for each of the coaches.  We will give

The money to the coaches as a ‘Bonus’ for their efforts this season. Be generous, they did an awesome job this year!!

 

Mcfee Park has a ‘Splash Pad” so children may wear their bathing suits and bring

A towel  if they want To get wet.  Squirt Guns would be fun to bring as well.

 

There will be great music,  playground fun, squirt gun wars , Stingray trivia game , awards, yummy food, and a super slide show so
