SWSR

If you are a parent that is already working the city meet as a specialty worker (referee, starter, stroke&turn) please reply to this email.   I am currently putting together the SWSR worker lineups for the assign positions for city meet.  I do not want to assign any specialty workers to the SWSR assigned positions because you are already volunteering.  Please let me know.

ALL other city meet SWSR families.  please be ready to work an assigned shift.  We are now one of the larger teams participating in city meet so our assigned positions have grown.   I do my best to put you on or around the deck when one of your swimmers is in the water.  I also do my best to spread the volunteering responsibilities for the team.  Be flexible and willing to serve.

Those families coming on saturday (10 and unders) please remember to be willing to help other families while they serve their shift as their swimmers may need some reminders or oversight to get to the clerk of course for their events.

To families participating for the first time there are many veteran families, please ask questions and I am also available thru each day that you can ask questions.

I will be sending another email out this evening with more detailed info about city meet once I have things line-up better.  Again this email is to confirm the SWSR specialty workers that are working a shift during city meet.
