The slideshow preparation is well underway and shaping up nicely, but I need PICTURES, people!  

Do NOT wait until after City Meet to give me all your pics for the entire season, PLEASE.  The sooner, the better.

It takes time to sort through each one and decide where/if it goes in the show. There is just no way to do that in the week before the party.  NOW is the time that I'm building the bulk of it so that I can put add-ons in later.  

It is impossible for me to make sure every child is represented somewhere in the show.  If your child was not in it last year, though, please email me so I can be sure they are in it this year. 

Do NOT send more than 5 pics via email.  
Do NOT send me a message to take pics from your facebook page.
Do NOT send me photos in a text message on my phone.
The above options, while occasionally necessary, are very time-consuming for me to process.  It is much, much better for you to send me a link to  online storage such as your Google  drive, iCloud photos, or Dropbox. I also get much better quality pictures through the online storage route.

You can also help streamline the process by pre-screening your pictures based on the following criteria.

We DO need:
pics of individual swimmers swimming
pics of individual swimmers out of the water
pics of groups of swimmers not swimming
pics of parents

We do NOT need:
pics of grandma/grandpa's visit before the meet
broad-scale pics of the entire pool
pics that show 6 swimmers in 6 lanes doing whatever stroke

If you have a graduating senior, you should have received multiple emails from me already about pics for that segment of the show.  If you have not already heard from me, please, please email me ASAP about that.

The more pics you take, the better the show!  Keep 'em comin', y'all!
