SWSR vs SAC - Sevierville Aquatic Club swim meet timetable (TUESDAY)

Swim Meet THEME is PAJAMA NIGHT.

5:00 PM SWSR Swimmers to arrive and CHECK-IN.

5:30 PM SWSR Warm-ups..

6:00 PM Swim Meet STARTS.

9:00 PM (or right after completion of swim meet) SWSR invades SONIC to celebrate the Swim Meet.

SAC pool is 50 miles from Farragut.  Please allow 60-80 minutes drive time to arrive for check-in.  Because of CONSTRUCTION on route 66 it has been recommended to use ROUTE 441(chapman hwy) to go to Sevierville.

SWSR vs JCSC home swim meet timetable (THURSDAY)

Swim Meet THEME is GLOW NIGHT DANCE PARTY.

3:00 PM  Parking attendants need to be in position setting up cones & directing vehicles

3:00 PM Pool Set-up begins outside the fence

3:30 PM Pool Set-up begins inside the fence once pool closes- Parent Volunteers who signed up to help set-up pool arrive

4:30 PM SWSR swimmers arrive and CHECK-IN

5:00 PM SWSR warm-ups

5:30 PM visiting team warm-ups

5:45 PM FIRST shift workers meeting at Scorer’s tent

5:55 PM National Anthem and Swimmers Prayer

6:00 PM Swim Meet STARTS

9:00 PM(or right after completion of swim meet)  SWSR - GLOW NIGHT DANCE PARTY.

ANYONE WANTING TO HELP BEFORE OR AFTER THE MEET IS ALWAYS NEEDED

REMEMBER – each family review Coach’s email and reply to him ONLY IF NEEDED about the confirmation of your swimmer(s) participation in SAC SWIM MEET and JCSC SWIM MEET

REMEMBER – each family MUST review the MEET DIRECTORS email and reply to them if correction is needed regarding your parent volunteer position!!!

Important Upcoming Dates

7/09/15 Thursday        Meet #6 AWAY (6:00 PM) Bennington Farrington Swim Team (BFST)

7/11/15 and 7/12/15    Invitational Meet AWAY Smoky Mountain Invitational Swim Meet  (Sat., & Sun.)

Look for an email about participating in the parade it is going to be a ROCKIN RAY kinda parade.  Your are going to want to have your swimmers participate.  We have a speed boat to ride in and we plan to put the Senior Age swimmers in the back of a NEW GMC truck.  Walking, biking (with helmet) and squirt guns are also part of the RAY FUN during the parade.

Hard to believe but we are already Halfway thru the 2015 Summer Swim Season.   SWSR has been a ROCKIN team in June.  I appreciate everyone’s  participation and willingness to jump in and fill gaps when needed.  The Stingray Nation is in full motion now so let’s finish strong in July and make 2015 a ROCKIN RAY season to remember!!!!
