Sugarwood Stingrays

The week of 6/29/15 thru 7/5/15 is going to be a RAYawesome week.  Two swim meets and the annual Town of Farragut Parade that we want to be loud and proud in.   If your family is in town and available we need every swimmer and family that can participate to do just that this week.  Be prepared for many emails as we try to manage and communicate this busy week.

SO WHAT IS NEW THAT WE ARE TRYING?

The rescheduled swim meet with JCSC is THURSDAY 7/2/15 at HOME.  The swim meet is like a new sign up swim meet because there are families that now can participate that could not on the original swim date and there are families that can not participate on the rescheduled date of 7/2/15.  So the NEW thing we will be doing is parent volunteering ONLINE in our NEW website.  We need you (parent) to sign up for a volunteer position and a shift for the 7/2/15 swim meet.

SO HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A VOLUNTEER POSITION ONLINE?  follow these steps

1. go to the SWSR website https://sugarwoodstingrays.swim-team.us/

2. Click the LOG IN tab -- located top right of home page

3. Type in your username -- YOUR email address is your username

4. Type in Password - initial default password is Rays15!

5. Under EVENTS click the V tab/button with a green dot for the 7/2/15 swim meet

6. Volunteer spreadsheet opens up.  select a position and shift, click position and select your name

7. scroll to bottom of spreadsheet and click SAVE... this is very important!!

8. close the volunteer spreadsheet ... click close at bottom of spreadsheet

9. Click ACTIONS ... top right of web page

10. Click LOG OUT .... your done and SWSR appreciates your efforts to try something NEW

Note in the ACTIONS tab there is a category "change password" you can click that and change the password to your preference.   The sooner you log on and pick your volunteer shift position the sooner you get your choice at a position you want to do at the swim meet.  Also the sooner you sign up the sooner SWSR Meet Director will know what gaps still need filled.  please try to sign up this weekend so we can be fully prepared for the 7/2/15 swim meet.  Do NOT sign up for Ribbons we have eliminated that position.
