SWSR - Parent Assignments - both meets next week

RE: June 30th Dual Meet at SAC and July 2nd Dual Meet at Sugarwood (Rescheduled JCSC Meet)
TUESDAY, June 30th AWAY MEET - Worker assignments are attached. Check to see if your family's name is listed, even if you'll be out of town! If your child is swimming, but you are not listed as a worker, please let me know. If your name is listed and your child is not swimming, please email the me as soon as possible so a replacement may be found.
THURSDAY, July 2nd HOME MEET - Please go to the team website www.sugarwoodstingrays.swim-team.us to volunteer for this meet. It is super easy to sign up! Click on the Swim Meet tab, then find the home meet vs. Jefferson City Swim Club. (Please note: the meet will be on Thursday, July 2nd even though the original date is still listed.) Click on the V to Volunteer. Click on the position you'd like and select your name. If you have any problems at all, just email me.
******We also need help setting up the pool for this meet at 3pm on Thursday. ********
Other Notes:
~ Please direct all worker assignment questions to the Meet Director (not to Chet).
~ All Workers (both shifts) need to arrive & sign in with the Meet Director at our tent by 5:30. If you are 2nd shift and will arrive after the meet begins, please check in with the meet director upon arrival.
~ We have 2 shifts of workers covering 3 lanes. The shift change will occur around event 35. If you are scheduled to work the 2nd shift, please make your way to the SWSR tent around event 32 or 33 to be sure we are ready by event 35.
Here is how parent worker sign-ups work:
Attached is a list of the job signups for the upcoming meet. Any family with a swimmer at the meet must work at least one shift.
1. Find your name on the sign-up spreadsheet.
2. If your NAME IS ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS NOT SWIMMING the meet, please email the meet director as soon as possible to let her know so she can replace you.
3. If your NAME IS NOT ON THE LIST and your CHILD IS SWIMMING, please email the meet director as soon as possible so you can be placed in a job. If there is no job available you will placed on the alternate list, in the case that a family drops out at the last minute, we will pull someone from the alternate list to work.
4. Show up on time for your job shift - preferably all parents should arrive by 5:30 pm and check in with the meet director, but if you are scheduled for the second shift, please check in with the meet director as soon as you arrive.
(Sign In immediately with the Meet Director upon arrival, EVEN IF YOU ARE AN ALTERNATE - it really helps the meets start on time.)
For some meets, you may notice that your position has changed. This may happen occasionally so that we can move people around to fill all the positions. Please let the meet director know if the change is not going to work for you.
