This Thursday's swim meet will be at Whittington Creek. Please check the list to see your family's name is on the list, even if you will be out of town.

If you will not be at the meet and your name is on the list, please email the meet director Lara Campen at [email protected]

All workers need to check in at the Sugarwood tent by 5:30 to let the meet director know you have arrived and receive a name tag.  Second shift workers arriving after the meet begins, please check in with the meet director upon arrival.

Because the away meets require less workers, some family's names may not be found on the worker assignment sheet. Please know that it may appear that we have plenty of workers and if your name is not on the list, that we still might ask for your help in the event that some workers are not coming to the meet. Please be flexible and keep the STINGRAY NATION attitude that makes our meets runs smoothly.
